When Yen Press announced Yen Plus at Comic-Con, their new manga anthology magazine, fans were eager to jump up & say "where do I sign up to subscribe?!" But after months of waiting & with the street date for the first issue right around the corner now, manga fans began to wonder what's up with the subscription side of the magazine.

Well now Yen Press has finally gotten back to us, & yes the first issue is still scheduled to come out on July 29, but you wont be able to subscribe in time to get it. Rather, Yen Press will be offering subscriptions starting with the second issue. But fret not, faithful readers. Yen assures their fans that the first issue will be widely available at major retailers all across the country. So you will have to hunt down issue #1, but after that you'll have the comfort (& reduced price) of having the magazine delivered straight to your door, if you so desire.
