Due to a shipping error, I wound up with an extra copy of Nyantype Magazine volume 3. & I've decided to give it away to one lucky Nebs Blog reader! If you want to know what the magazine's like, you can check out my previous coverage of the issue here. This is an unopened copy that I'll be giving away, so it's brand new.

Before I get any further, I should mention that this contest is open ONLY to residents of the continental United States. That is, UNLESS you're willing to pay for additional shipping fees via PayPal. Sorry, but shipping outside of the states isn't cheap. Also, I'd say you'd have to be about 16 years or older to enter, due to the ecchi content of the magazine.

To enter for a chance to win, all you gotta do is comment on a Nebs Blog entry that was posted on December 9th or later. The contest will last about a week or so (I'll give a little advance notice when the contest is about to end), so any entries that I'll be posting in the coming week are eligible to comment on for a chance to win. I'll choose one commenter at random to be the winner. The more posts you comment on, the better your chances of winning!

Now, here's the important part. If you comment & want to enter the contest, make sure your email is posted in your comment! Otherwise I'll have no way of contacting you if you win. Another option is to comment while you're signed in with a LiveJournal account, which allows me to contact you by replying to your comment & LJ notifying you of my reply.

Happy Holidays & good luck!

Illumitoon may have messed up their DVD release of "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" when it first came out, but they've proven that they're trying to do things right from here on out. One way they're trying to improve their image now is by holding a monthly Bo-Bobo contest where fans submit pictures of their crazy hair. Every month, 3 winners will be chosen & each will a receive a Bo^7 DVD (one assumes they'll be the improved versions). Check out the full contest details & how to enter here:

Last month Nintendo held an interview with the localization team of Phoenix Wright 2, but now it seems they might not be able to work on the third game of the series unless the fans can convince Nintendo otherwise. Capcom is holding a contest for Phoenix Wright fans to create a short manga that will convince Nintendo of America to release the third game for the DS (in Japan a DS version of the 3rd game has yet to be planned & probably wont happen, so it'd be made just for the western world). Here's the basic lowdown:

Using the comic and the talk bubbles templates provided, add your own text to plead your case for Capcom to bring Ace Attorney 3 to America! Creativity, humor, or even seriousness is welcome! We'll review the cases and make our choice.
